Stop optimizing channels. Start threading them into a growth engine.

I partner with consumer brands to thread digital commerce channels into one growth model so the strategy, team structure, and tools are actually set up to scale.

The challenge

From the outside, it can look like all the right pieces are there - a strong proposition, solid creative, investment across channels, agency support and a robust tech stack.

But behind the scenes, growth is often being managed through disconnected channels, teams and tools.

This creates friction in places that matter most: how decisions get made, how performance gets measured and how the business prioritizes where to invest next.

The issue isn’t effort. It’s that nobody has threaded it together.

You’ve set the KPIs, but each team has a different perspective on what’s driving them,

There are more partners, more tools, and more data than ever but fewer clear answers.

The more channels you add, the harder it is to maintain brand consistency.

The more AI tools and workflows emerge, the harder it is to know where they actually fit

Brand + performance fluency

I’ve led growth across DTC, Amazon, and retail and I know how to connect brand building with performance execution, not treat them as separate functions

Operating model thinking

I diagnose at the system level: team structure, agency coordination, measurement, and tools. The goal isn’t more activity - it’s a system the enables better decision-making and execution

Practical judgement on tools, martech and AI

I take a practical approach to tech: what supports the strategy, what adds friction, and what your team can actually execute. I care less about adding platforms and more about building a system your team can actually use

A bit more about me

A woman with shoulder-length light brown hair, wearing glasses, a brown sleeveless top, and cream-colored pants, sitting on a wooden bench, smiling at the camera in a room with white walls.

I’ve built a digital commerce engine from the ground up, blending startup scrappiness with enterprise-level thinking and discipline. I show up as a steady, high-ownership partner who turns strategy into measurable impact.

I spent 12+ years at Unilever, leading growth across brands like Vaseline and TRESemmé and unlocking digital growth across CPG and durable goods.

At Blueair, where I served as Global Head of DTC and Performance Marketing, I built the global digital strategy and led the business through a period of rapid growth and increasing complexity.

That experience shaped how I think about growth today. It’s less about optimizing channels and more about how everything connects—brand, investment, team structure, and tools.

After years of leading growth from the inside, I started this work independently to help brands step back, see the full picture, and build a more cohesive growth model across channels, teams, and tools.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my daughters, exploring Chicago, or deep in a creative project. Lately, that’s been sewing and experimenting with sourdough.
